There are 1000s of government projects are put for public bids daily in California. We have an access to the all and glad to provide it for you ($50/month). We are glad to save your time and take care of going though all potential projects and find the qualified one based on your requirements (size of the project, trades, local requirements etc) and provide you the only right ones. After you decide to bid one (or several) of the project we take care of all paper work and meeting bidding requirements (filling the applications, notary, DIR registration, obtaining bid bond, bid package delivery, disputing the bid results if necessary etc)

Step 1. You have chosen the bids you want to take part in and ready to roll. What you need and when your success starts. Estimate the project. Or we can do it for you (price very based on the size of the project). After you estimated the project we obtains all necessary documents for you:
Step 2. You will need a bid bond to be able to bid 99% of public projects, we are providing it from “A to Z” (may take up to 3 days)
Step 3. You will need to be registered with Department of Industrial Relationship – it is a Law. We will take care of it for you. Same work day. (Cost: $600 including DIR registration fee).
Step 4. Bid package preparation, notary and delivery. Cost: %5 of the project estimate. YOU PAY INLY IF YOU WIN. Yes! If you don’t win the project you pay ZERO. If the project is won, you pay 5%. Do not forget to put it into your estimate.
