Morongo Casino Resort
Provided initial master plan (infrastructure and buildings) conceptual/programmatic estimate with minimal documentation including hotel, performance venues, retails, casino, spa, site amenities, parking, etc., Assisted in establishing Owner’s budget
UCF College of Medicine
Directed through DD level estimate, 50% CD check estimate, early site/foundations, coordinated for early GMP for this 175,000 sf university medical project seeking LEED Silver certification.
UCF Performing Arts Complex
Collaborated with team through conceptual/programmatic/schematic estimate for this 18,000 sf performing arts facility. (Phase 1 only)
Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort
Directed design assist from pre-construction through GMP for this 1,407,100 sf resort with 757 units in 7 buildings. (Phase 1 only)
UFC Convocation Center
Directed conceptual estimating, design assist, and pre-construction services through GMP for 260,590 sf of construction and 87,900 sf of renovation of 10,000 seat arena, convocation center, and entertainment venue.
UFC Nicholson Fieldhouse
Furnished conceptual estimating, design assist, and pre-construction services through GMP for 80,000 sf clear span indoor football practice facility.
SCC Altamonte Campus
Provided conceptual estimating, design assist, and pre-construction services through GMP for this 105,000 sf, four-story academic training building.
Beach Villas at Ko Olina
Provided conceptual estimating, design assist, and pre-construction and construction management services for this 714,440 sf project including 247 units in 3 building, as well as 12 - and 15- story towers.
Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge
Directed pre-construction management services through GMP on two concurrent projects: the ew construction of a 750,000 sf building with 340 DVC units, and the renovation of existing DAKL floors 5 & 6 into 108 DVC units. The project included extensive site amenities, animal buildings and animal Savannah coordination.
Peabody Hotel Expansion
Provided initial conceptual/schematic estimate with minimal documentation for the Peabody’s new tower addition, which includes 1,641 rooms, 210,000 sf of meeting space, a spa, extensive pools/site amenities and a 2,200-space parking garage.
Sheraton Myrtle Beach
Directed conceptual estimating, design assist, and pre-construction services through GMP for this 262,460 sf hotel/convention facility with 400 rooms
